We don’t like to show off, but sometimes, some things are worth bragging about. This morning, in my inbox, 2 emails from the Webby Awards were waiting for me. And those emails were announcing the PleaseFixtheiPhone team that we were nominated for a Webby in the Mobile/Entertainment and IT/Hardware & Software categories (click to see who we’re competing against: HP, Nokia, E!, NBC, Discovery…). Wow, not one, but two nominations! One for the regular site, and the other one for the iPhone-optimized version!

What are the Webby Awards? I would describe it as The Oscars for our industry. Really?

“The Internet’s highest honor”
- The New York Times

“The only award show for Internet sites that matters.”
- The Los Angeles Times

And we thought that our SxSW nomination was a big deal ;)
OK, enough bragging! We need you to vote for us for People Voice’s Award: It’s really easy: simply register and cast your votes: http://pv.webbyawards.com/
Once logged in, you can find us in the drop-down menu at the top of the page.

Thanks a lot in advance, and thanks a bunch to everyone who worked on this project and/or supported us at FullSIX!

Next steps? Fun!
