My only beefs are with Calendar. Too many steps to change an appointment! Why not let me drag an appt to a new time after holding it for a second or two? And double tapping an item should go right to the Editable details. The 3 or 4 steps these each require now is so unMaclike!

Value Management.

Terrific feedback for Apple. What you are doing, I call Value Management. Discovering and documenting what customers value, and feeding that information back to the producer/innovator. All part of co-construction of technology (Bijker 1987), and more recently production/consumption as co-construction (Prahalad and Ramaswamy 2004, Vargo and Lusch 2005).

I am writing my Phd on the topic – Value Management. See my blog….

site managers could get togethr and consolidate the wishes presented into standard problems which need to be fixed
most wishes contain more than one problem and some problems appear on more than one wishes……….it kinda becomes a problem to vote………vote ratings fail to reflect actual priorities…………and the no. of wishes are far more than the actual problems……………and most of all i cannot bear insults on the beautiful iphone
